Points deduction & refunds

- ❌ If you lose, 90% of your bid points are refunded (10% platform fee).
- ⏳ If you win but don't claim within 7 days, your bid points are forfeited — they are not refunded.
- Ties are broken by the earliest bid placed.
Delivery for bid-won products
- Self-pickup is completely FREE for winners.
- Home delivery is charged a flat ₹49 (the ₹299 threshold does not apply).
- Claim must be completed within 7 days of winning.
