Terms & Conditions

The rules that govern your use of ShopSaverz.com.

Last updated: June 2026

1. Accounts & eligibility

Registration is free and uses passwordless OTP authentication via your email address or mobile number. You're responsible for keeping access to your registered email/number secure. One person may hold one account.

2. Bid Points & Store Credits

Bid Points are a virtual, in-platform currency used only for bidding in Get Deals. Store Credits are real rupees earned via the Spin Wheel and usable only for purchases on the platform. Neither can be withdrawn or converted to cash by any user.

No purchase necessary. Bid Points are never earned by buying anything. They come only from the free welcome bonus, the free daily check-in, referrals, and the Spin Wheel — every one of these is available whether or not you ever make a purchase.

3. Bidding

A bid must be equal to or higher than the listed Minimum Bid Points to be eligible. The highest bidder when bidding closes wins; ties are broken by the earliest bid. Winners' points are deducted and are non-refundable. Losing bidders are refunded their held points minus a platform fee (a percentage set by ShopSaverz and shown on the bid page), which is burned rather than paid out. Withdrawing your own bid before bidding closes is always refunded in full, with no fee.

4. Payments

ShopSaverz operates on a fully prepaid model. All orders and any applicable delivery charges are paid online via the Razorpay gateway. Cash on Delivery is not offered.

5. Account suspension & deletion

On requesting deletion, your account enters a 20-day suspension period. Simply signing back in within that window reactivates your account, restoring points, credits and order history exactly as they were. After 20 days your personal details (name, email, phone, addresses and similar) are permanently erased and any remaining points and credits are forfeited. Order and payment records are retained for accounting and legal purposes but are no longer linked to your identity.

6. Disputes

Disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery. The Super Admin's decision on a dispute is final and binding.

This is a prototype document and not a substitute for final legal terms.
