Privacy Policy

We collect the email or mobile number you use to sign in, your delivery addresses, order and bidding activity, and wallet history. We do not create or store passwords — authentication is via one-time passwords (OTP).

• To process orders, deliveries, returns and refunds.
• To run your wallet, bidding, Spin Wheel and referral activity.
• To send order updates and reward notifications by Email and SMS.

Payments and refunds are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.

We share only the information necessary to fulfil your order — for example, your delivery address with the seller and courier partner. We do not sell your personal data.

Some data on ShopSaverz is essential and always on: your login/session, cart, orders, payments, error logs, and one salted, one-way hash used to count unique ad views for billing accuracy — this hash cannot be reversed to identify you.

Personalization is opt-in and separate: browsing activity (products and categories you view, searches you make), your interest profile built from that activity and your purchases, personalized recommendations, and matching you to relevant seller offers. None of this is collected unless you choose “Allow personalization” in the banner or in Profile → Account & Security.

• Change your choice at any time in Profile → Account & Security.
• “Delete my browsing data” erases it immediately, on request.
• Browsing activity is automatically deleted after 90 days regardless.

You can edit your profile and addresses at any time, and request account deletion (subject to the 20-day suspension window described in our Terms — signing back in within that window reactivates your account; afterwards, your personal details are permanently erased, though order and payment records are retained for accounting purposes without being linked to your identity).
